Triple A Super has a specialised Deed Services unit that takes care of establishing new funds that clients wish to establish for trustees.

The Trust Deed services provided by Triple A Super are agnostic as we will use the provider of choice if a client has an existing relationship with a particular deed provider. Our default Deed service provider is CST Corporate Solutions who have been in business for nearly 20 years and have dedicated legal resources to assist trustees instantly. They provide a very cost effective service in a consistently timely manner.
The cost of deed services provided includes the actual cost of the particular deed service provider and a nominal processing internal Triple A cost. The fees attributable to these services are detailed in our Fees & Charges brochure.
Clients can complete the new fund application form online. It can be printed as a PDf and forwarded to the trustees for signature and return or through a digital signature protocol that can be completed instantly.
As this is a marginal costed service that is not a profit centre for Triple A Super, we require that payment be effected at the point of order. The payment is paid to the deed service provider for the required service. Payment can be made by clear funds to the nominated bank account of Triple A Super or by Credit Card.
Our goal is to deliver the required documents to the client or trustee anywhere in Australia within two days of payment and processing of the application. Our default provider currently meets this target. The Deed package includes all minutes, resolutions, trustee declaration and signature tags. If the client uses the default provider of Triple A Super, it is received in a professional folder and also in electronic form.
The deed package must be delivered to a physical address and not a post box and someone must be there to receive the document once it arrives.
